Rachel graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Strategic Communication and Psychology. She joined our team shortly after graduation and began her position as Client Liaison. Rachel devotes her days to attending to clients' needs and keeping up with client satisfaction by following up on questions, issues and concerns. She enjoys interacting with each of our clients at IFP and is passionate about providing premier client service.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family, friends and partner, Mitchell.
